2006 Barrel-Aged Chardonnay $16 A crisp, clean, fruit forward chardonnay. Our winemaker
wanted a balanced wine with the familiar fruit of chardonnay
and the traditional aromas from French oak. This is
an easy to drink wine, whether enjoyed by itself or
paired with rosemary chicken pasta or herb-crusted whitefish.
Chardonnay Sur Lie $16
Our version of a naked chardonnay; aged in stainless
steel on the lees. This wine might scream "pear"
at you with the first whiff. A medium body wine, that's
crisp and clean; just the way we like it!
Frothalicious $22 Unique flavors of this sparkling wine will make
you froth at the mouth. This bubbly will surprise
you with its sweet taste, but dry finish.
Michigan Cabernet Franc $20 Cabernet Franc aged in Michigan Oak for the first
time is the pure expression of what Michigan has to
offer. Each sip will unveil its bold, intense layers
contributed by the Michigan oak.
